Q) How often does your company come out?
A) We offer twice weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, once a month, and even one time cleanings.
Q) Do I have to be home to have my service provided?
A) No, as long as your pets are inside if your not home, or someone is there to let them in if they are outside. We have to ensure our staff a safe environment to work in.
Q) Do you work through the winter?
A) Yes! Dogs keep making their messes all year and Poop Patrollers continues to remove the waste through winter. We do not, however, guarantee our regular service schedule. See winter page for more info. In general, you will receive fewer visits that will be of much longer duration due to the difficulty and substantially increased labor involved with waste removal during a Michigan winter.
Q) Can you work with the dog in the yard?
A) No. We ask our customers to have the dogs in the house whenever we come to patrol. You will know the exact day and times that we will be coming.
Q) How do we cancel service?
A) You as the client are responsible for notifying Poop Patrollers of your desire to cancel. Cancellations are not effective until we receive aforementioned notification. All charges invoiced prior to notification will be due. A $55 cancellation fee applies if a client cancels within 90 days (before or after) of his/her assigned start-date.
Q) How Do I Pay You?
A) We will mail you an invoice on the first of every month. The first visit

Q) What happens when it rains or snows?
A) We generally, but not always, make our service calls despite weather. Occasionally, we'll come out on a day when the snow is covering and hiding all the waste making it impossible for us to locate. We'll remove all that we can locate and return on your next service day. Upon returning on your next service day (assuming good weather) there may be twice the amount of waste. We view our service as yearly clean up in which we remove all the waste that we possibly can with each visit. In the event that you are a twice weekly customer (for example), and it snows on your service day and we can't locate much waste; we simply can't return until your next scheduled visit, because it would be impossible to constantly adjust our service schedules.
Q) What about holidays?
A) We do not work the following days:
1)New Year's Day
2)Memorial Day
3)4th of July
4)Labor Day
5)Thanksgiving Day
6) Christmas Day
Service will resume on your next scheduled visit.
Q) Should I unlock my gate?
A) Yes, for insurance reasons our employees are not to climb fences. Please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with the combination or key to your lock.
Q) Are there any contracts to sign?
A) No. Service can be started and ended over the phone.
Q) Is there an extra charge for the first time?
A) Yes, pricing for first time cleans begins at $25.
Q) Is it possible to get one time service?
A) Absolutely! One time service may easily be arranged. One time cleans start at $35.00.
Q) How is the waste disposed of?
A) We will make arrangements for a designated area at your place or we can take the waste with us for a $5.00 charge.
Q) What area does Poop Patrollers currently provide service to?
