Winter Policy and Explanation

Waste removal is an entirely different process in Michigan during the winter months (Dec-March). In general, the work is much harder and time consuming. Poop Patrollers does not patrol during winter months. It is unfair to both us and our customers. It is nearly impossible to do a quality job given the conditions. We will work up and until snow becomes a hinder to our quality service!

Very Recent Snowfall:

As little as 2 inches of recent snowfall can impair our ability to locate waste. In the case of recent snow, we will not waste resources by driving a route only to be unable to locate any waste.

Through mid-winter thaw:

This occurrence is what we hope for all winter. The problem is, we don't always get a mid-winter thaw, or they don't last long enough to catch up on all of our clients. In this case we will work as hard and fast as we can to patrol all of our customers yards. But please be patient.

We do the best we can during the winter and work much harder than at any other time of the year.
